At this time of the year, we always like to give you things, obviously, that are going to be helpful to your team, but I think it's a good time to focus on ourselves because we've come through a stressful period of the season with coaching that does take a toll on our body, both in the way that we recover, get sleep, our nutrition, all those things.
When I would come out of a season, ultimately, I was always up 10 to 15 pounds. There was rarely a season where I wasn't. The poor habits creep into your life.
