Welcome back there. Elder County, like so many places, is a wheel. Some sit at the center of the spokes, making the whole thing turn so they can reap the product of the mill. The rest sit on the outside of the wheel desperately trying not to get ground down too badly. What if, dear viewer, someone came along and took ahold of that wheel? Stopped the whole thing from turning? Would those that make it spin begin to be ground down themselves, or would the whole thing just fall apart?
