This morning we discuss Tommy DeVito's triumphant hand gesture when he threw a touchdown pass for the New York Giants, and we compare hand gestures used by Italians and Jews. It turns out there are remarkable connections! Michael Whitman is the senior rabbi of ADATH Congregation in Hampstead, Quebec, and an adjunct professor at McGill University Faculty of Law. ADATH is a modern orthodox synagogue community in suburban Montreal, providing Judaism for the next generation.
