Imagine if you could invest just three minutes a day and the outcome was having better days! A better attitude, more gratitude, no platitudes (ok, I just really just wrote that one because it rhymes), less stress and more joy & positivity. Well, that's what I've experienced since putting this journaling prompt into practice last month and much to my delight, it DID turn out to be no platitude after all. More of the good stuff and less of the crap stuff.
