If you're someone who can talk about your feelings for hours, pinpoint all the catalysts to your trauma and why you are the way you are...but you keep hitting the same emotional walls and needing to re-process the same wounds, this episode is for you. Self awareness is a gift and being able to understand the depths of yourself and your experiences is a key component to healing, but if all you're ever doing is thinking about your emotions and never actually feeling them and processing them in the body, you're going to feel 'stuck' at some point. There's only so much talking and analyzing and mental reflecting you can do before you need to drop into the body and actually process your shit!
