10@9 Rededicate to Civil Rights Today - January 15, 2024

As Martin Luther King Day is observed today in the US, we pay tribute to the man and his work, and rededicate ourselves to pursuing those goals of equality and civil rights. We show the straight and clear line from Exodus to fighting for justice today, from Sen. Charles McNary, Rabbi Abraham Joshua Heschel, and Rabb Joachim Prinz. Michael Whitman is the senior rabbi of ADATH Congregation in Hampstead, Quebec, and an adjunct professor at McGill University Faculty of Law. ADATH is a modern orthodox synagogue community in suburban Montreal, providing Judaism for the next generation.
