Kevin Stefanski isn't the ultimate boss for the Cleveland Browns | Aditi Kinkhabwal

Alex Van Pelt is out as the Cleveland Browns OC, but Kevin Stefanski has yet to name (or interview) a replacement.

Of all the candidates out there, who would be the best hire to help steer the Browns offense alongside Stefanski?

The Browns brought in former NFL RB Duce Staley to interview for the open RB coach position on Wednesday. Tennessee Titans OLB coach Ryan Crow also interviewed with the Browns yesterday for its defensive line coaching position, which is interesting considering the team's current DL coach, Ben Bloom, is still on staff. Stefanski also said WR coach Chad O'Shea & OL coach Bill Callahan will stay on staff for next season.

The AFC North is the best division in football, and the Browns have positioned themselves nicely to contend for the division title over the next few years. But has Cleveland separated itself from the rest of the pack?

Aditi Kinkhabwala joins the show to discuss that and what moves could be on te horizon for the Browns.

The Cleveland Cavaliers crushed the Milwaukee Bucks on national TV Wednesday night. Georges Niang and Donovan Mitchell each chipped in 30+ points as the Cavs cruised to a 40 point win. Cleveland has now won 6 games in a row.
