Kerry Kott is an unusual healer, Chinese medicine practitioner and self-proclaimed “Wild Woman” retreat facilitator who embraces and challenges women to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
She uses the state of being naked as an allegory for being willing to be exposed, vulnerable, and shedding the unnecessary burdens society puts on us as women.
And while many women would likely never be comfortable being nude in a group setting such as Kerry’s retreats, some find the experience purely liberating, relaxing, nourishing, and healing in their most primal, natural state.
Kerry shares how decades of suppressing her true identity lead her to lead the “naked medicine” retreats and rituals like blood reclaiming ceremonies, where women can revisit and take back their source — their wombs — and essence in a way that is Divinely Feminine.
In her unique workshops, Kerry shows other women how to embrace the full spectrum of their human emotions… even “forbidden” feelings like anger and even rage, to grieve and release the wounded and buried parts of themselves… freeing themselves from the expectations and opinions of others.
