During the atomic age, human beings had much to worry about. We were all uncertain in an age of growing nuclear power, space travel and new medical technologies. What did the future hold? Miracles or monsters?

In our story, “The Fly,” by Arthur Porges, one man finds an answer to that question the hard way. We'll also take a look at the atomic age and the monsters that roamed about in it.
