What is a Clarity Call? Breathe in peace and exhale any worries or distractions.
Keep your attention on your breath and let it guide you to a place of calm and centeredness.

Bring your attention to the present moment and become aware of the seat beneath you.
Imagine yourself surrounded by warmth and love.
PAUSE (10 SEC)...
Take a moment to think about the joy and love your children bring to you.
And the gratitude for the laughter and hugs you share.
PAUSE (10 SEC)...
Imagine their smiling faces and the sound of their laughter filling your heart with happiness.
PAUSE (10 SEC)...
Think about the little things they do that bring you joy and the special moments you share with them.
Remember the love you feel for them, and how it grows stronger every day.
PAUSE (20 SEC)...
