Rees was Alabama's offensive coordinator in 2023 after spending most of the previous decade at his alma matter, Notre Dame.

Rees was hand picked by Nick Saban to lead his offense this past year, and now he joins an offensive staff with the Browns to help take David Njoku and this passing game to the next level.

Brian Callahan appears to be headed to Tennessee to be the Titans next head coach, and there's a chance his father, Browns OL coach Bill Callahan, leaves Cleveland to coach with his son. If that happens, how big of a loss would Bill be for this offensive staff?
