Claire Chiang is an expert in the food and beverage industry. She's the former Managing Director at Moet Hennessy, and has led teams and driven growth for 3M, Chanel, and Diageo. 

As a student, Claire set the goal of becoming a general manager of a multinational company. She studied in Buffalo, New York, and had an all-American experience that included joining a fraternity.

F&B is all about people. You need to be confident, outgoing, and be constantly expanding your network. In part one, Claire spoke about being constructive when coaching and mentoring others. In part two, we ask Claire what it takes to have a successful career in the F&B industry.
