Sow now. Reap Later.
I hated every minute of training, but I said, 'Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.' Muhammad Ali
There’s a popular saying that says do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life. I hope that’s true for you. But most of us have to do some things we don’t want to do to achieve the lives we truly want to live.
For Ali it was enduring the pain and discomfort of training in order to become the greatest, the champ. It was impossible for him to have one without the other.
Where do you to be a champion? Do want improved health? For most of us that requires the pain of changing our diet and increasing our physical activity.
Do you want to be more financially secure? For most of us that requires the discipline of living by a budget and finding ways to increase our income.
There’s no instant harvest in life. We have to sow now if we want to reap later.
Peace be with you.
