Being a mother is not an easy task, and it's okay to make mistakes.
Embrace your imperfections and know they have been opportunities for growth and self-improvement.

Recognize all the sacrifices and choices you have made for your children's well-being.
Acknowledge the many times you have risen to the challenge with grace and strength.
PAUSE (10 SEC)...
Exhale and let go of any negative thoughts or self-criticism.
Know that you are doing your best and that your children love you for who you are, imperfections and all.
Being a good mother does not mean being perfect, it means loving and providing for your children to the best of your ability.
