Star Trek Ascendancy: Episode 9 - Clarifications for Gameplay

With this episode, it goes over some clarifications that we would like to share for the game Star Trek Ascendancy.  Although this mostly consists of rule clarifications pertaining to particular elements to the game, it also includes some in-game tactics that we would like to share that we developed over the course of play.
