PA Supreme Court's Abortion Ruling, Explained

Earlier this week, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued a ruling related to abortion access. Technically, the case before the court was about Medicaid. But some of the justices signaled their willingness to make a bigger ruling about reproductive rights in the Commonwealth.
