In this podcast episode, I offer advice to a type 5 listener who is struggling to connect with their body due to health issues. I empathize with the difficulty of feeling safe in one's body during such challenges and suggest five practices to aid in this connection: yoga, qigong, yoga nidra or body scan meditation, self-massage or cupping, and a tense and release meditation. I share my personal experiences and emphasize the importance of compassion and regular engagement in these practices to support the listener's journey toward embodying their emotions and physical presence.
