Are You Resisting Doing The Exact Thing You Need?
I just got back from the guys trip I take every year and I almost didn’t go. Why is it that we resist doing things we know we need or are going to enjoy? Like getting a great workout in at the gym, taking the trip, or showing up at the mastermind you invested in. Lori and I both share examples of times we've felt this way but always end up glad we pushed through it. We also share the exercise to play the potential experience out to the end in your mind and look for past examples of how great it turned out, so you can tell the difference between what’s meant for you and will be so fulfilling when you put in a little effort. Don't let that resistance rob you of opportunities for growth, fun, and connection!
