Transitioning into consulting, Kayla recounts how her career evolved from offering informal advice to peers to formally advising leaders and companies. She emphasizes her focus on strategic development and project planning, aiming to balance performance and employee success. Kayla's approach to consulting involves ensuring leadership buy-in and fostering a culture open to change.
