Be grateful! Well, it's the right thing to do, isn't it? Gratitude is a science backed practice and knowing you're a high performing individual, I'm sure at some point you've practiced in some capacity.
Whether you've pulled out a journal and scripted 3, 5, 10 things you're grateful for or maybe you've even meditated on those gratitudes...
But, what happens if you're doing these practices and... not feeling anything? I've been there. I've scribed 3 things I'm grateful for and... nada.
Honestly, I felt like I was just killing the ink in my pen. And, wasting paper. So, was I ungrateful? How the hell can I be ungrateful for the roof over my head, the podcast, the clothes on my back and everything in between?
