In addition to on-set stories, Vaughn tells the tale of how he cleared the rights to use The Beatles' "Now and Then" a year before it was even known to exist to the public. "Over a year and a half ago... I said, 'I'm really struggling to find what I call the romantic song of the movie, 'cause I need it to be sad, but hopeful...' [Giles Martin] said 'do you want to hear a new Beatles song?'"
