Katie starts the episode off by sharing the mysterious story of Oronoque John Doe- a mostly skeletonized man that was found in Connecticut in 1992 who has still not been identified. Then, Liz tells the details of the unfortunate murder of Waqas "Victor" Rehman in 2010, who was shot outside his convenience store in Connecticut.
