Last week this show was a replay of an interview with Dr. David Nathan, a doctor’s point of view about the legalization and decriminalization of marijuana. The interview took place about 6 months before the marijuana laws changed in Colorado. This week Denise interviews Retired Deputy Chief of Police in Los Angeles Stephen Downing about his views on these new laws and about the Six Month report just out this week about the first six months of legalization of marijuana in Colorado.
