The medicine of Rose is ancient. Rose heals on many levels, from the physical to the emotional and the spiritual. From its historical use in the Language of Flowers as a symbol of Love to its efficacious medicine employed in fevers and inflammation, Rose has long enjoyed a place in medicine. In this video, we will explore the history of Rose, its medicine for the heart, how it aids in grief and anxiety, and a few of my favorite recipes for using Rose as a tea and as a hydrosol.
