Bill and Peggy Stephenson-- the 74 year old couple both brutally slain and posed in Boone County Kentucky remains unsolved 13 years later. The Delphi Double Homicide connection is explored-- Richard Matthew Allen has been excluded as a suspect, but is that just because Boone County is waiting for the case in Indiana to be adjudicated? Finally, the eerily similar case from Japan in 2000, the Setagaya family murders, the largest murder investigation in Japanese history.
