Valentine's Day can often get reduced to celebrating romantic love, but romantic love is not an experience that everyone is currently having, and that can make the day feel painful.

What if we focused instead on universal love, the love that is so much greater than a romantic partnership, but includes every possible type of love we can experience? Let’s draw our focus together toward all the sources of love in our lives.
