Season 14:33 Mari learns some tough lessons on her long technical run.

As Mari's long runs get longer she is finding new trails to explore.  Her four hour effort had her frustrated and maybe even shedding a few tears but she came out with a better understanding of the importance of being present on these efforts.  She also asks some great questions about race day.
