- Are you being accountable to yourself? Are you doing what you need to do to get out of your own way?
- What are you doing to manage your stress and set yourself up for a good night's sleep?
- Water, are you paying attention to your needs and supporting your body in detox
- Would you like to get this done? Getting serious about this process!
- Are you really making your meals nutrient-rich? Are you forcing yourself to eat salads when your body really wants something hearty?
- Are you falling back into what's easy? Are you really making an effort, or are you on autopilot every day?
- Are you afraid of fat? Embrace the concept that fat doesn't make you fat
- Are you still snacking at night? ARE YOU STILL SNACKING AT NIGHT?
- Are you moving your body? All the reasons exercise can support your body in this process
- How are you using your exercise? You GET to move your body; it should not be a punishment
- Are you supporting your body in detox
- Medications and health issues: are you using them as an excuse?
- Investing in your health, working along with your health care provider, maybe there are other things you can do along with The Program
- Are you missing your gallbladder? There are things you can do so you don't miss out on nutrients in your food
- Have you mapped your health history and weight loss history
- The Program is so important to support your hormone health
- Blood work; talk to your doctors about your needs!
- You need to immerse yourself in the information
- Do not go one day without knowing what you need to do!
- Are YOU noticing your non-scale victories
- Are you getting a variety of protein? Are you vegan or vegetarian?
- How is your digestive system? Do you know your trigger foods? Are you keeping a journal?
- Are you adding in those leafy greens?
- Are you pooping every day? Maybe your microbiome could use some work?
- Are you getting in your own way?
- Are you going to do this long enough to make real, sustainable change
- Feel those feels, but keep doing what you need to do
- Setting yourself up for success and visualize your goals
- If you feel like your choices are not adding up, take out that maximizing checklist
