Slow yourself down,

And let yourself go. 

Ease into your breath. 

Feel its rhythm, 

As you calm,

And sink into the depths.

LONG PAUSE

Your body is magical,

It performs for you each day. 

Like an intricate machine,

It’s working for you today.

PAUSE

So open your heart,

And clear your mind, 

And offer this sacred space, 

To calm your body,

And show it love,

Your toes up to your face. 

LONG PAUSE

See if you can envision,

A soft and calming blue,

Hover like a friendly cloud,

Its energy surrounding you. 

PAUSE

It waves and swirls,

It kisses your skin,

It soften all the cells,

Where tension had been.

PAUSE

Breathe and relax,

Breathe and release.

Breathe and perhaps,

You’ll feel the deep peace. 

LONG PAUSE

Now imagine this blue,

Hovers and swirls, 

Around your legs and your toes.

Feel the heaviness,

Dissolve with each breath,

As calm slowly spreads and flows. 

LONG PAUSE

The blue clouds of calm,

Rise up to surround,

Your back, belly and chest.

Feel all the tightness,

Completely fade away,

Releasing all that is stressed.

LONG PAUSE

Now down each arm,

The blue energy flows,

Covering your shoulders and neck. 

Feel the calming warmth,

As you open up,

And drink up the relaxing effect.

LONG PAUSE

You feel the blue clouds,

Hugging your face,

Kissing each part of your head.

Your mind is clear,

Your breathing soft,

The calm has lovingly spread. 

PAUSE

Breathe and relax,

Breathe and release.

Breathe and perhaps,

You’ll become deep peace.
