It’s commonly said that marriage should be 50/50. In my estimation, it should be 100/100. You each put in as much as you can. But what does that actually mean? I used to tell my kids that I would treat them equivalently, not equally. I think that’s a pretty good approach to marriage, too. And I’m not alone in my thinking.
