Students at Grenfell Campus, Memorial University want their money back. They started off the winter semester with no internet service, after a cybersecurity incident affected the campus. But the students had paid their usual fees for the term, including a student services fee. Now, they say they deserve to be reimbursed for that, as compensation for the inconvenience.
