This week, Kim shared information about the different kinds of strengths we have as humans. These most likely are not the strengths that come to your mind first. Kim highlights that these strengths come easily to students with characteristics of Dyslexia, but they also can be exhibited in any of us! For each strength, Kim also shared the tradeoff for the specific gift. We challenge you to really look at your students and identify their strengths, even the stinkers! They have them! Help them use their talents and gifts in your classroom and school to help not only the school be better, but grow student self-esteem which will make your classroom a happier and more productive place.
