RSMS Hour 4 | Miami Tells Spring Breakers Not to Come

The city of Miami has sent out a video stating that they do not want spring breakers in the city this year. Due to the uptick in violence in the past few years, residents no longer want to deal with the hassle of what spring breakers bring. There are harsher rules and laws during the spring break time which includes DUI check points and $100 parking.
