Brigadier General Anthony J. Tata (U.S. Army, Retired) is the author of the brand new book The Phalanx Code. Gen. Tata most recently performed the duties of Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, the #3 position in the United States Department of Defense, under President Trump in 2020.  Today he discusses not only his new book but the lack of security and safety provided to the American people by the Biden administration.
