Her own journey towards wellness began when She discovered when had renal failure, which eventually led to a life-saving kidney transplant 30 years ago. This experience became a powerful incentive for Her to prioritize , health and effectively manage stress, allowing her to truly cherish the gift of my donated kidney.
Throughout several years of practicing yoga, She developed a deep desire to assist others on their own path to wellness. Gina is a certified RYT200 through Yoga Alliance and a Level II Reiki practitioner. Through extensive research and personal health challenges, She firmly believes in a holistic approach to wellness that addresses the needs of the entire body and mind.
She utilises various modalities, including yin yoga, meditation, nourishment, and essential oils, to help women regain energy, improve focus, reduce fatigue, and achieve better sleep. As a self-proclaimed wellness junkie and lifelong learner, passionate about sharing Her knowledge and experiences with others.
