Playing Beyond Your Comfort Zone with Olympic Field Hockey Athlete Keenan Horne
Stepping out of our comfort zones is one of the most difficult things to do, not just in sports but in life. However, pushing ourselves to be uncomfortable and be in hard situations proves time and time again that something good usually comes out of them. This doesn’t mean you have to go halfway around the world to get uncomfortable, you can do this right now wherever you find yourself.
Keenan Horne is a South African field hockey player and an attorney. He has competed in the Olympics, numerous championships, and is currently playing professionally in France. Today we get to talk to him about what it means to step out of our comfort zones as Christians in sport, and he gives excellent input into how he has used this topic to get to where he is today as an athlete and in his life.
