33. How to Manage Guilt When Setting Boundaries
Tell me if this sounds familiar: You feel empowered to take care of yourself and put your needs first, you set a boundary to support yourself, and then the guilt sets in. You feel bad and wonder if you were too harsh or too selfish for setting this boundary.
At this point, we have two options...either go back on our word and let others step all over our boundaries OR we remind ourselves why we set this boundary and we stay strong.
