55 - The witch wound and how if affects you

It goes all the way back to the history of how witches, healers, herbalists, midwives, etc. were persecuted, hunted, and murdered in the most horrific of ways.

This gruesome point in time has been held as trauma in our bodies for hundreds of years, and is the root of why spiritualists and mystics avoid standing out...

It's for the sake of survival.

It's for the sake of being accepted and not rejected from the community.

So many of us still hold the subconscious belief that when we share our spiritual gifts, we'll be shamed or ridiculed. And, while this no longer means certain death, it does often result in a social "death."

However, hiding our true selves results in something far worse than social death - it results in the shaming and shunning of ourselves.

Trust that your authenticity is what makes you so profoundly beautiful. I would love to see a world where we can all show who we are…
