Dr. Shobha Rayapudi is a board-certified lifestyle medicine doctor, and co-founder of Gift of Health, a nonprofit organization dedicated to revolutionizing lives through lifestyle medicine. She helps people struggling with chronic conditions including but not limited to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, gut disease and arthritis to break free from disease, decrease dependency on prescription drugs and have more energy.
