Petra Brunnbauer is a holistic wellbeing expert, podcast host, and the creator of The Jōrni Wellbeing Platform. After spending most of her professional career as a Management Executive, working for different companies in Canada, Petra relocated to the west coast of France with her husband and cat in 2017. Together with her husband, she founded an email marketing agency the same year.
In 2019, she created The Jōrni Wellbeing Platform after a transformative personal experience inspired her to continue her own journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal development in psychology and mental health.
The Jōrni is a holistic wellbeing platform that offers a comprehensive online coaching program, podcast, blog, virtual summits, and many resources to support individuals in their journey to better mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Incorporating techniques such as yoga, meditation, NLP, EFT, hypnosis, and Time Line Therapy, the platform is designed to be a one-stop resource for individuals looking to improve their overall health and happiness.
As the host of The Jōrni Podcast and writer of The Jōrni Blog, Petra shares her insights on holistic healing and mental health. In May 2023, Petra will host the virtual Holistic Wellbeing Summit with over 30 expert speakers.
Petra is currently a grad student at the University of Wolverhampton, studying for an MSc Psychology of Mental Health and Wellbeing.
When she is not working on the Jōrni, Petra loves exploring history and castles in Europe and sharing her adventures on her castle blog.
