My guest today is one of my favourite make-up artists around. She is my first go-to for my own professional shoots and she has worked with many famous faces and household name brands. Hayley Dutton is a Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist with a decade of experience in Corporate, Advertising and Fashion across all forms of media. Hayley has led large teams, as the Creative Director for both Rimmel London & Covergirl in Australia & New Zealand for events such as Australian Fashion Week, Splendour in the Grass and Falls Festival to name just a few.
Her days are spent creating beautiful bold and natural looks on shoots, presenting makeup masterclasses educating techniques, trends, tips & tricks as well as new products launching for her favourite brands. She also runs her own Beauty Masterclass where she teaches women how to create easy everyday makeup for any occasion.
Hayley will share on POE:
- When and how she decided to leave a successful financial services career to become a make-up artist?
- Does social media make it easy to see beauty in all facets?
- Confidence is key for many people to succeed. How do you translate make-up artistry and building confidence?
- Charity (or NFP) work matters to you – why and how can beauty and NFP work relate to each other?
- Take away: What is your overarching philosophy for The Politics of Beauty?
