“I wasn’t myself. I needed to go back home. I had to re-find myself. I needed to find my faith" with Psalm Wooching
Psalm Wooching is an American rugby union player who played for the United States men's national team. He also played for the San Diego Legion in the Major League Rugby and previously played for the USA Selects and Seattle Saracens. Prior to his career in rugby, he played college football for the University of Washington Huskies, playing as a fullback and linebacker. Despite significant interest from NFL teams, he announced that he would be pursuing a career in professional rugby, and not football, ahead of the 2017 NFL draft and made his debut for the United States men's national rugby team in 2018 in the Americas Rugby Championship.
He currently resides in France playing for Rouen Normandie Rugby club.
Such an incredible conversation with founder Glenn Marsden, co-host Rachael Newsham and Psalm for this episode discussing everything from a disciplined mindset to achieve what you set out to get to the importance of taking time out for your Mental Health when you need to.
With what we have seen in the Olympics this year with Mental Health being put before profession, Psalm Wooching is somebody who certainly leads from the front as a true advocate for making sure your mind is just as healthy as your body physically.
This episode through his personal journey will show you just how inspiring this man is.
