Ep. 114 - Season 8 Opener: The Power of People

The theme of this past year, both on and off this show, has been adapting to radical change and bridging the gaps to create forward progress. In our lives, in our jobs, in the economy... it’s honestly been pretty unrelenting. And, as a result, I think a lot of us are feeling less happy and more than a little stuck.

A lot of people are talking about the future of work and they talk about remote work, hybrid teams, the work environment... but those aren’t the stories you hear from people who are thriving in the future of work.

It's just the power of people. The power of people to help you move, the power of people to help you think differently, the power of people to help you spot the trends.

So this season, we’re really doubling down on inspiring stories; a reminder that we aren’t helpless or alone against the unrelenting pace of change and have the power to create positive change for ourselves and the people around us.

Hearing stories from people who have already been there is so helpful for me because it reminds me what I’m capable of, what we’re all capable of, so my hope is that this season will help you bring your whole self to every area of your life.
