The provincial government has agreed to buy additional power from Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Ltd, with the hopes of stabilizing the struggling newsprint mill. But the company that owns the mill, Kruger, is not saying how much the deal is worth, how much power the government will get, or what Kruger hopes to do with the cash.
