This morning we provide some practical steps to make Purim different this year with Israel at war, and so many Jews suffering in Israel and around the world, in time to incorporate these ideas into Taanit Ester (Fast of Esther) this Thursday, and Purim starting this Saturday night, and Sunday. Michael Whitman is the senior rabbi of ADATH Congregation in Hampstead, Quebec, and an adjunct professor at McGill University Faculty of Law.
