Don’t focus on the things that have just happened to you. Now, reclaim this time you have and make it your own to control, you only have this present moment anyway.Understand that going inward with your breath and viewing your day with a different perspective will leave you with a new sense of calm that will then carry over into the rest of your day.

Whatever happened this morning to get you off balance, release it. Holding on to that tension during the commute is just going to add more bad energy to your day. You have plenty of time to deal with the issues later today or even tomorrow.For now, do your best not to sweat the small stuff – simply let it be and center again on your breath.
