This call comes weeks before Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland tables the Federal Budget on April 16th. Early this week FCM President Scott Pearce was at the most recent Rural Municipalities Of Alberta Conference in Edmonton and he spoke with delegates about the pressing issues facing municipalities.
