Zack Leonard is the President and Founder of Gembah, an Austin, Texas-based product design and sourcing company that helps bring product concepts to life. Through the company, Zack has helped e-commerce brands, Amazon sellers, and promotional product companies create new products that have sold for 7 figures in revenue.

In this episode…One common mistake many innovators make is failing to research the feasibility of their product before starting the production process. Having a great idea is not enough. There are several things to consider beforehand to ensure that there's adequate demand for the product to avoid losses in time and money.
It is also important for innovators to make sure that they have the right team in place to bring their idea to fruition. Not only that, but they need to find out if there are limitations on the design they want to use in case someone else had a similar idea and already got the patent.
Zack Leonard, the President and Founder of Gembah, sits down with Rich Goldstein, host of the Innovations and Breakthroughs Podcast, to discuss the steps involved in the innovation process. They talk about determining the right technology to use, the importance of doing feasibility research, and tips for creating prototypes.
