Michale has worked with legends such as Bob Proctor, world class motivational speaker, creating the nutritional plan in his book, The Science of Perfect Weight, A new way of thinking, eating, and living to achieve your perfect weight' and has authored her own book, "The Fit 'n Healthy Plan, The healthy diet & lifestyle plan made easy!"
She’s no stranger to the health and wellness space being in Clinical Practice, 22 years. Nowadays you’ll find her working closely with clients and spending time with her family in Mexico living a healthy and natural lifestyle.
