On a cold January night Erik Foote of Washburn, Maine is picked up by police officer Chandler Cole after suffering a mental health episode dressed in only jeans in a t-shirt. According to the family, officer Cole says he dropped Erik off at a hospital. When family reaches out to the hospital they have no record of Erik being there. When questioned again, officer Cole says he "dropped him off at Freshies" a local gas station and sandwich shop.
